・This is a remade piece crafted from vintage Japanese sake bags.
・Due to the nature of remaking with vintage fabric, each piece has its own unique character.
・This is a masterpiece that allows you to appreciate the originality of a one-of-a-kind item.
・The base model was created by the hat specialty brand “triangle hat.”
・Its appeal lies in its exceptional shape, which elegantly balances volume.
・This versatile casquette can be worn in a casual, unstructured style rather than a fixed shape.
・A shape-retaining wire is embedded in the brim’s edge, allowing you to mold it to your preference.
・A metal plate engraved with the brand name is affixed to the side.
・The interior features a built-in Velcro strap for size adjustment.
・The material consists of carefully selected sake bags that were actually used approximately 100 to 200 years ago.
・The deep, faded tones resulting from the persimmon-tannin dyeing of that era create an indescribable texture.
・The repair marks, known as “mamushi stitching,” evoke the spirit of the Japanese people of old, who cherished and continued to use these items even after they were torn, mending them as they went.
・This vintage fabric has become increasingly rare, and its price has skyrocketed.
・We disassembled several sake bags and cut the fabric randomly to create contrasting color patterns.
・For the brim, we used soft, easy-to-handle lamb suede.
・The lamb suede is hand-dyed to match the hues of the sake bags.
